Course Description
(For Students Entering Grades 1+)
Let’s bring beauty into your everyday life! Explore the colorful world using air dry and bring home beautiful and FUNctional projects plus a big smile. Students will earn the skills such as hand sculpting using air dry clay. Along the way they will develop patience, concentration, eye-hand coordination, and artistic sense. They will feel accomplished, and have lots of FUN too!
Schedule:
Session I: 6/10/24 – 6/14/24, M – F, 12:50PM – 15:50PM
Session II: 7/08/24 – 7/12/24, M – F, 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Session III: 8/05/24 – 8/09/24, M – F, 12:50PM – 15:50PM
Instructor: Manieng Ng
Ms. Ng is a certified instructor with Japan Deco Clay. She is a very experienced clay art teacher. Children love her very much because she is always patient with kids, and guide them to explore their imagination using air dry clay.
About the material:
Air-Dry clay is self hardening clay that has no need to be cured in an oven or a kiln unlike the traditional clay. Also, since they are lightweight and nontoxic. Air Dry Clay is wonderful for making almost anything as it is extremely versatile.
